How the Board Serves

The Board of Directors for Black Butte Ranch Rural Fire Protection District consists of five residents or property owners who are elected by the public. They serve four-year, staggered terms. The primary duty and function of the Board of Directors is to establish policies for the governance of the District. The Board of Directors also adopts the district budget, approves appropriations and levies taxes.


Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month

The public is invited to attend and time can be scheduled for public comment.
